We are holding our next in-store Jewellery Valuation day on Wednesday the 21st of May.

Jewellery Valuations are vital to making sure you have up to date insurance cover with the correct value for your Jewellery even for items not purchased from Marmalade.

Given the huge recent increases in the price of gold, platinum and diamonds, we've found that most of our clients are significantly under-insured and this can create problems in the event of a claim.

If you have been thinking of getting your precious jewellery, watches or objet d’art valued, this is the ideal opportunity. For those with a private collection we also organise home visits on request.

Discover the history of your pieces and have a professional valuation carried out by an industry expert while you wait. Our specialist jewellery valuer, Tony Beck, is a Member of the Institute of Registered Valuers’, and will be available by appointment between 10am and 5:30pm to carry out personal consultations on your jewellery in the comfort of our private Snug.

If you can’t visit us during the day, you could leave your jewellery in the store in advance and we will safeguard your jewellery in your absence, whilst it is valued on the day. Valuation prices start from £49.95, but please check out our website for a full price list.

Due to high demand for places a maximum of 5 items can be valued on the day although if you have other items you would like valued these can be brought along on the day and will be returned to you usually within 4 to 5 days.
